You may ask what is the insurance problem solver, and I may answer, “You mean, ‘who is the insurance problem solver?'”
I am Luke Brown, a retired insurance attorney, and I live in Tallahassee, Florida. I no longer practice law, and I don’t sell insurance. In fact, I do not even have a relationship with an insurance broker or company. What I say and suggest here are from my own world of insurance knowledge. I solve your problems by helping you navigate the complexity of insurance.
To get here, you’ve browsed through The Insurance Problem Solver (TIPS) website and made your way to my blog. Everything on the site is sincere. Everything I will later write will also be sincere. My good friend, Jayme Soulati did a wonderful job creating the site, and I’m humbled by her patience and creativity.
What Is The Insurance Problem Solver?
- The Insurance Problem Solver is here to help solve your insurance problems in the quickest and most efficient way.
- I don’t file lawsuits or get you into expensive fights. TIPS is your guide and helper in insurance. Insurance is not sold here.
- I’ll explain what your insurance policy means.
- I’ll stand beside you to help with claims under your own insurance or someone else’s, and I will follow through on them.
TIPS will also run interference if a claim is made against you that your insurance may cover. That may include reporting the claim in the right way to your insurance company and ensuring that it is properly handled.
But remember, I no longer practice law and can’t give legal advice.
I will do my very best to lead you through your insurance and, as needed, get your insurance, or someone else’s that may apply, to work for you. I’ll write letters, make calls and generally, do whatever it takes. Maybe, from the information you get from the blog and a phone conversation with me, you can handle the insurance problem yourself. If you cannot, TIPS is here to help.
I will also be brutally honest with you. If I don’t believe that there is an insurance answer to your problem, or that your insurance does not apply, I’ll tell you. You can get a second opinion; it won’t hurt my feelings.
If we do work together, we will focus on the facts, streamline the process and together, try to find an acceptable solution. At some point, I may conclude that using an attorney is your best bet. .If so, I’ll tell you because I will not take you money if I don’t think I can help you.
I genuinely look forward to helping you.
